Whether it was learning our times tables, or functions of a new software program, most people learn best through frequent interaction and hands-on practice. Add in gamification techniques that encourage learning within the context of friendly competition, and suddenly we can really encourage skill acquisition versus content overload that slowly fades if not reinforced.
